A gentle reminder to our existing loyal customers and all new Sienna’s Sunnies customers; our choreographed events require much planning, preparation, securing necessary crafts and supplies, staffing of princesses and team members and all food and beverages, therefore we are not able to offer refunds on event tickets. Please ensure you are able to make the event prior to purchasing your ticket(s).

Upon Check Out Please Choose Store Pick Up For Event Tickets- you will just give the name on the order to check in the day of the event
